1.Diver wearing Sea Marshall lost diver Alerting Unit dives.

2. Diver drifts out of sight of dive boat during dive, realizes they are lost and activates their Sea Marshall® PLB8-LD ’SOS®’ lost diver Alerting Unit.

3.Self Managed Rescue...Sea Marshall® SARfinder Locator unit fitted to the boat immediately alerts the crew of an ‘SOS’ signal from a lost diver and is used to track and locate the missing person. Coast Guard Assisted Rescue...Local Coast Guards are radioed and requested to locatea lost diver who is wearing a Sea Marshall® Lost Diver Alerting Unit 121.5MHz 'SOS' homing transmitter.

The Sea Marshall Rescue Systems follows the Maritime Survivor Locating Device (MSLD) specifications.
The system is comprised of two basic components, an ALERT (transmitter) and a BASE UNIT (receivers)
